Luke loves food, fitness, and breaking into yoga poses every opportunity he gets. He and Andrew met playing football in the BCFL where they regularly struggled balancing time, schedule and the nutritional demand of training for high level sport. He has loads of experience eating (lol), and has effectively found a way to turn his passions into not only a career, but a lifestyle. 

Andrew Harris                                                                           Co-founder

Andrew is a professional football player in the CFL, currently holding field position as running back for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He is a four-time CFL All-Star and was named the Most Outstanding Canadian of the 99th Grey Cup. In 2017 he was named Most Outstanding Canadian after leading the league in rushing and setting an all-time record for single-season receptions by a running back. Andrew also loves food.
