How long will my Gainzlocker meal(s) last for?

Every meal comes with a "Best Before" date on the container. However, we recommend eating your meals within 4-5 days of pickup because fresh is always best. 

How do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals are cooked fresh every week and packaged in reusable airtight containers. When meals leave the kitchen they are stored in our refrigerated lockers.

Can I freeze my Gainzlocker meals?

Of course! Our meals keep great in the freezer. 

Does Gainzlocker have any vegetarian meals?

You bet! We have meals for all dietary needs. Vegetarian meals are marked as "VEG" in the shop.

Does Gainzlocker cater for specific dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We do our best to offer a diverse menu for all dietary requirements at all times. However, if your dietary needs aren't addressed on our menu, please get in touch! We'd be happy to entertain special requests.

Where are my Gainzlocker meals prepared?

All Gainzlocker meals distributed within Saskatchewan are prepared in a commercial kitchen space in Saskatoon. Our chefs are Red Seal Certified and commercially insured. 


How do I order?

We're glad you asked! It's super easy. Visit our Store and click on your location on the left-hand column to show all of our menu items offered in your city. Upon checkout you'll be required to input your city and preferred locker destination for pickup. 

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

Nope! You're free to order as many or as few meals as you like. Though we have a feeling, you'll probably be back for more. 

When do I have to order by? And when will my meals be available?

Great question! We need your orders 48 hours in advance of your preferred pickup time.

We fill orders every Monday and Thursday.

Depending on your City, Meals will be available at your chosen locker location on selected day, during regular business hours. 

  • Saskatoon after 3pm
  • Regina after 5pm
  • Winnipeg according to delivery arrangements.

Where do I pickup my Gainzlocker meals?

We have multiple locker locations in Saskatoon, Regina, Kindersley, and Winnipeg. Click here, to find a Locker Location near you.

When you place your Gainzlocker order online, you'll be required to specify your pickup locker location from a drop-down menu.

What happens if I place my order after the cut-off time?

If you miss the cut-off time on your order, it will automatically be pushed to the next available delivery day. 

It's important that you let us know in your delivery notes if you'd like your order to be delivered for the following week.

Note: We do not typically deliver outside of our standard delivery days of Monday, Wednesday & Friday.


How do I pay?

Simple. Once you've loaded up your cart, simply head to checkout. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. 

What happens if my payment is declined?

No sweat, it happens to the best of us! Unfortunately we are unable to process your order for delivery if your account has insufficient funds. 

We will contact you if there appears to be a payment issue, however, Gainzlocker accepts no responsibility for any fees or charges for overdrawn accounts, so please check with your financial institution.

Does Gainzlocker offer home delivery?

Not yet! But we're not ruling it out for the future.
