Smoked Salmon with Wild Rice & Broccoli

Keep it lean, keep it clean. This may look like a simple salmon meal you could whip up on your own. Except it's not. We take simple, and then we smoke it for 12 hours, simply because we have the time to (and know that you don't). 

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz 8-hour Smoked Pink Salmon
  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Spiced to taste
